What is a GRI Designation?

GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) represents the first post licensing training a REALTOR®® may take to gain the education required to improve their real estate knowledge. Most states require minimum hours of state approved education and a four test to acquire a real estate license. A professional agent understands the need for further education to pace themselves beyond their peers in the real estate profession. GRI training gives them that competitive edge, and offers the consumer a better educated, and more professional agent whether they are buying, selling, or renting real estate.
